This policy describes how we process personal data collected through this website (e.g. the demo request form). Data processed inside the Praesto platform on behalf of customers is covered in «The Praesto platform» section below.
Data controller

Data we collect from the website
- Demo/contact form data: name, email, phone (optional), role, type and number of properties, optional message, and the consent given.
- Technical data: IP address and user agent, collected for security and abuse prevention of the form.
Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to your request and managing the commercial contact (pre-contractual measures and/or consent, Art. 6.1.b/6.1.a GDPR).
- Website security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f).
Providers (processors / sub-processors)
- Google Cloud / Firebase — hosting and database, EU region.
- Amazon Web Services (SES) — email delivery, EU region (Ireland).
Google and AWS are US companies: any transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework). [To be validated by counsel.]
Retention
We keep contact data for [TO CONFIRM] months, unless a legal obligation or an ongoing relationship requires otherwise.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to mademindteam@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
The Praesto platform (customers)
For staff data processed inside the platform, the customer (the hospitality business) is the controller and Mademind acts as processor (Art. 28 GDPR) under a dedicated agreement (DPA). Data resides in the European Union; access is isolated per customer.
